The original was quite a treat for its era and this doesn't disappoint. denzel washington is watchable like always and helps create one of the better remakes.
The film has alot more style and substance then the original which was slow and dull at certain points. alot better then expected this film delivers enough to warrant its existence as a remake. a clever conclusion ensures you are not watching the same movie.
