Review of The Manchurian Candidate (1962) by Tsubaki S — 16 Feb 2008
Not bad, a propaganda/thriller flick that has served as the blueprint of every lazy "OH NOES, THEYRE GOING TO KILL DA PREZIDENT" shit of a movie that has come out ever since. Silly plot but with some nicely done sequences.
Angela Lansbury is ruthless (yes, you read that well) in her role.
