Brilliant movie, with a great premise: so good that its been copied COUNTLESS times.
Excellent writing, direction, and acting.
Angela Landsbury makes one of the all-time best villains.
If you want to get really depressed, though, watch this in a double-bill with "The Parallax View". You'll see conspiracies everywhere after that!
