Review of The Manchurian Candidate (1962) by Jose P — 19 Oct 2008

I just got a chance to see this on a big screen, and boy is it a stunning picture. There are odd plot elements that don't work all too well, but on the whole the combination of superb acting, wonderful production and tight dialogue more than make up for any weird holes in the storyline.

I mean, the flower club/communist briefing scene alone is enough to go see it! So you should do so!
