An extremely well written and quite suspenseful thriller! But it needs to be given time to get into.
For the first ten-twenty minutes of this it is really difficult to get into and you donâ??t really understand whatâ??s going on but then it begins to make sense. After the first ten minutes it becomes a good thriller with great suspense and tension. Towards the end of the film is really suspenseful and asks the question of â??will he?â?? or â??wonâ??t he?â??
The casting and the acting by the entire cast is excellent; Laurence Harvey is excellent in the role of the emotionless Raymond Shaw. Angela Lansbury is also great as Shaw's obsessed mother.
Overall a good suspenseful thriller; which is well written and has great cast. But needs to be given time to get into.
