A fantastic conspiracy thriller with great performances, especially from Angela Lansbury with her most chilling role to date. Remade recently with Denzel Washington, Liev Schreiber and Meryl Streep by Jonathan Demme, this version is slightly better, mainly due to it's moody photography and austere production design, but the remake does do it justice.
A rarity.
