Review of The Man Without a Past (2002) by Ben B — 19 May 2010
It's a simple tale of a mans' past lost to amnesia and how the present can mean more than the past. However what is impressive is Kaurismaki's slow pacing, his unique character choices and well composed shots which do a wonderful job of placing the viewer in the main character's world.
