LUCY LIU AS MADAME BLOSSOM. Seriously, she made the entire movie for me. I wish she had been in it more. My favorite scenes were definitely the ones that took place at her brothel and featured her ninja prostitutes! The rest of the movie was over the top fun.
There were some great fight scenes with gravity defying choreography. I also loved the costumes and the crazy (seriously, that's not how the human body works) gore. The overall story wasn't that great and RZA wasn't that strong an actor as the lead.
I recommend it for all of the other things I listed, though.
