I really wanted to love this film. It's the kind of film I dreamed of making when I was a teenager. The RZA, a great cast and a big league production team can't lift the bits between the great fighting action out of the realms of dullness.
Lots of homages to kung fu movies and a great soundtrack add gloss though. The final fight between RZA and big Dave Batista is on paper, more like Celebrity Deathmatch than a kung fu climax. Worth a watch if you like kung fu and/or Wu-Tang :).
