Review of The Man with the Iron Fists (2012) by Justin S — 07 Sep 2013
Very Much a Tarantino endorsed flick with the over the top violence and gore from fight scenes to the gratuitous sexuality and raunchy disrespectful one liners. I enjoyed the hip-hop soundtrack from RZA and Wu-Tang.
It's one of those wild, comic book-esque flicks that gives homage to the old school kung fu films. Average writing, decent acting (via Crowe & Liu. Sub-par-average via RZA & Batitsta), a cool score, good SPX (via gore).
A fun flick to escape reality with!
