Review of The Man with the Golden Gun (1974) by Joseph B — 16 Dec 2010
For me, this was the most memorable Bond film, because we video taped it off the tv and watch it over and over, so not because it was that good. The car jump is a classic but it was super corny in places, such as Bond's Karate chops battering each last one at the martial arts school and the death of the maintenance man.
It did give us Niknak though and some classic lines, and it is the reason for the islands off ko phi phi now being called the James Bond Islands (in Thailand, not China).
