Not one of Moore's best. Too much comedy that doesn't work at all including the unnecessary return of the Southern sheriff from the previous film. Perhaps the worst Bond girl of all time and a quite rubbish plot about solar energy.
Christopher Lee and his exotic base are the only things to recommend about this.
