The main character throws a simple plan into motion, and then everything goes horribly wrong. That's funny I feel like the Coen Brothers have done this before, but still the situation is original enough that I'll let it pass.
What muscle this film is really flexing is its visuals. They truly captured the film noir look with stunning lighting and cinematography.
