Review of The Man Who Wasn't There (2001) by Rob A — 23 Mar 2008
Dammit Coen Bros. quit doing every genre in the book and then doing it well you'll make everyone else look bad. The man who wasn't there is a great piece of Noir because it's just so simple yet wonderful.
What starts out with a simple affair ends in so much more like classic Noir should. Everyone was perfect for their parts especially Thorton and Gandolfini. So watch it, the tale of this simple barber is just awesome!
