Review of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962) by Victor L — 28 Dec 2011
It seems that 1962 was an important year in social issued films, we had To Kill a Mockingbird which portrayed racism, prejudice and discrimination, and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance that talked about bullying and Law & Order versus Violence, brutal strenght and intimidation, winning the fair one.
John Wayne and James Stewart were brilliant together and John Ford was a seasoned director that was at the pinnacle of his illustrious career and made one of his best westerns. Two thumbs up.
