Review of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962) by Kiril K — 18 Mar 2009
Too many stars do not spoil the show, especially as this isn't a vehicle for individual talent (although Lee Marvin is the most colourful as the title role). The story is extremely strong, so much so you hardly notice that they never get away from a sound stage for the whole film.
