Review of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962) by Peter P — 20 Jun 2011
This is the very first John Wayne movie I have ever seen, and really the only reason I watched it is for Jimmy Stewart. So, the movie is good, and John Wayne was everything I had heard him to be, which is very one dimensional, but he did fine for what his role was, but Stewart is the real story, he is great in his role as a man that just wants to do the right thing and is pushed to look beyond himself for the greater good.
