Review of The Man Who Knew Too Little (1997) by Jeremy M — 01 Feb 2008
I think it's for people who can picture themselves BSing their way through conversations along with the character. If you can put yourself in Bill Murray's character's shoes than it will be a much funnier movie.
I've seen this more times than I can count and I can count pretty high. It's my favorite movie of all time. I think what makes it fun is that I sometimes enjoy BSing my way through conversations in real life, just like the character has to do in the movie. I think this is what makes it more fun for me because I think of what I would say if I were there and I can appreciate the lines that he comes up with.
Now if you don't like BSing conversations, if you don't like cheesy coincidences, or if you just hate Bill Murray in general then you probably won't like this movie.
I've shared this movie with a lot of people and people generally love it or hate it for the reasons I said.
