Review of The Man Who Knew Infinity (2016) by Leena L — 04 Oct 2015
ZFF 2015, 2/5.
Jeremy Irons, the second try. And yes. He prevails. And the story is brilliant. Based on a real life, Oxford adventures (sort of) and death of Ramanujan, an Indian self-thought mathematician, who changed the way many things were seen, with numbers, fractions and formulas. Not that I understand that much of it, but the film was not in the least boring, it was beautifully done, marvelous acting and such a fascinating life story, touching and educational. Really worthy of my two hours. Almost washed away the bad memory of the previous film.....
