Review of The Man Who Fell to Earth (1976) by Alex B — 19 May 2007
Fantastic. David Bowie shines along with a great cast. Roeg continues on his streak of producing wonderfully confusing films that force the viewer to think. It is a shame that the film was so heavily edited upon release in America.
For anyone who wants to see this science-fiction masterpiece, I urge you to see the Criterion version and not the edited version (you'll thank me later).
