Review of The Man in the Moon (1991) by Anonymous W — 23 Feb 2011
Interesting this movie is called The man "in" the moon, as if he needs to explain himself. Though there is no man in the moon. Some of the scenes are a bit choppy, however great performance by Reese.
The Movie is abit over the edge, and I'd say the ending comes across more misleading, than like a twist. I was expecting more of a development in the characters (which we still haven't got), than a sudden change in the direction of the story itself.
And the solution to the problems are simple, by confronting the inconsiderate individuals about their actions than the man in the moon, would give the answers seeking for. And accepting life's reality with realistic approach, will give the answers already given.
