Just an unbelievable piece of historical fun. It's probably one of the worst flms for accuracy but who cares when you've got Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich, Gerard Depardieu and Gabriel Byrne slicing people up with swords.
Honestly it's so awesome. John Malkovich is mental, Byrne is bad ass, Gerard gets his bum out and Jeremy Irons owns! Leo DiCaprio also is great in it. "The Man In The Iron Mask" is so stupid it's awesome.
