I think you have to have a stong passion for horses like I do to really enjoy this movie...if you are just watching it and don't really understand the power of bonds between horse and human...well, it won't send the same message to you as it does to me.
..this is the sequel to "Man From Snowy River" which is just as good and portrays the bond equally as stong. I love this movie I love it I love it and it reminds me why I still have such a strong passion for horses even after the loss of two I suffered.
