Review of The Man from Nowhere (2010) by Asyari M — 31 Jan 2011
The plot is all too familiar, a combination of Luc Besson's Leon and Taken, with cinematic shots from A Bittersweet Life, Old Boy, and Nowhere to Hide. But Won Bin just carries the movie with his star turn.
This movie is the best addition to the Korean Noir genre in the last five years.
