Review of The Man from Elysian Fields (2001) by Matthew P — 19 Jun 2008
The very strong and convincing performances by all involved, particularly Andy Garcia and surprisingly Mick Jagger, are what keeps "The Man from Elysian Fields" afloat. The script is a bit week and predictable, but it does serve as a character piece and a morality tale, but I was only convinced due to the performances by the cast.
