Review of The Maltese Falcon (1941) by Citizen P — 19 Mar 2009
Great for its time and it had it all. Tension, mystery, deceit. Characters were really played well by all. The story fits right and I like how everyone stays in character. As well as you have to love Bogart in this one, he wouldn't budge, even for the woman.
These B&W classics also have some of the best dialogue ever in cinema. A true classic.
