Review of The Majestic (2001) by Zack F — 12 Jun 2010
I've finally watched the entire film, and I must say I am impressed. Everybody has their own thoughts on the plot and everything but the one thing I know for sure was the performances were fantastic. I now respect Jim Carrey as a serious actor; if only he'd do more serious films. Anywho, a great film that really sucks you in, and it has some great writing.
On a side-note, if you're avoiding the film due to the romantic coverart, you should know I was surprised to find out that it really wasn't very prominent through the film. It's more about delivering a message than anything.
