Too long - could have done with some judicious editing. The vignettes afforded each male character's denouement seems forced. The characterizations of the townspeople trying to shoot are phony. The one strong female characterization is tired & vaguely sexist.
Playing the stirring original Elmer Bernstein score for the credits only emphasizes the failings of this remake.
