Review of The Magnificent Seven (2016) by Andre M — 02 Jan 2017

I found this to be a formulaic western with the expected good guys versus bad guys confrontations. The movie could've been shortened by 1/2 an hour as the gunfight in the town drags on for a while with non-stop shooting and killing which really didn't do anything for the story.

Denzel is good, but not great and overall, the movie is entertaining and well produced, but ultimately forgettable as a remake.
