I never thought I'd like this movie as much as I did, it was a surprising and unique take on a rather generic western plot line. Denzel, Pratt and Ethan Hawke are the standouts here with Washington and Hawke still got the chemistry that made "Training Day" great and Pratt is as good as ever at playing a western version of Chris Pratt.
Fight scenes are cool and entertaining with good shots and spot on directing by Fuqua. Overall Magnificent Seven is a refreshing take on western movies and a fun movie to watch.
