Review of The Magic of Belle Isle (2012) by Andrew P — 29 Oct 2012
Morgan Freeman plays a former writer who is set in his ways. Well that all changes when he meets Virgina Madsen and her three children. Her family and the towns people of Belle Isle help him see a new perspective on life.
The film is like Gran Torino minus the racism. The film is predictable but it will still bring a bright smile to your face with the wonderful acting and great direction by Rob Reiner.
