Un film che disorienta ma che alla fine convince. Per la buona riuscita di un film come questo dove vuoi confondere lo spettatore, non facendogli capire cosa sia realta' e dove sia l'illusione della mente umana, e' fondamentale il finale e le motivazioni a questa confusione.
In "The Machinist" tutto convince e tutto scorre perfetto.
