Review of The Machinist (2004) by Dov D — 20 Mar 2013
A somewhat predictable psychological thriller that can best be compared to Memento, this Brad Anderson film is relatively complex and delivers at the ending. The story does have it's flaws and does move unevenly at times, but the otherworldly performance given by Christian Bale helped to makeup for that.
Bottom line, this is a nice little movie that I'd recommend to most.
