This is karma medicine for the rush-rush modern soul. For those of us with 20-second Facebook post attention spans, it might take some getting used to - the pacing is slow - very slow - and DELIBERATELY.
Don't let that put you off. It's a key ingredient of the Lunch Box recipe - that, if you let linger - and savor - will nourish you long after you've seen this defiantly quiet - and very important film.
