No much of a different twist in this story of romance. Too much drama where there shouldn't be any; but you can still get involved in their romance, if you are a romatic movies junky. I liked Efron's character; misterious and reserved without been too creepy.
You can see some sadness in him but without the "crying baby" part. Besides he looks extremely sexy; I had to see the whole movie.
