Review of The Lucky One (2012) by Daniel V — 19 Jun 2017

I really like Zac Efron but why does Nicholas Sparks have to be so predictable. His characters have no depth and his stories have nothing new to offer. Outside the Notebook(to be fair I haven't seen Walk) his movies are all the same.

I know he's the novel writer the films are based on but everyone knows that his name is usually the draw. Sparks plus hot young Hollywood usually turns a profit. And more power to them, I don't hate on them for that.

Also, Zac and Taylor Schilling make a hot couple and I was at least into it until the last 30 when the final act conflict and resolution just seem so, bleh.
