Review of The Love Witch (2016) by Chad H — 25 May 2017
A young witch uses spells to get men to fall completely in love with her. It turns out bad for every fella she seduces and that's about it for the plot. It's done in way making it look like fresh 60's or 70's film - a neat touch. The rest of the touches are bad.
It's way too long, two hours is just to much. It never felt dragged, but it's just too boring. I don't think I was near giggling even one single time. Samantha Robinson is looking drop dead gorgeous, but a beauty on screen is not enough to make a film good - it's only good for making it watchable.
