Review of The Love Bug (1968) by Adam B — 06 Jul 2008

I wanted to have absolutely nothing to do with this film whatsoever when it came out. I hated the premise and wasn't particularly impressed by any of its stars or Disney at the time for that matter.

Fortunately I was forced into going to see it because of a family outing and the fact that it was the only film available that was suitable for kids. I got over my preconceived hate very quickly and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this film.

I still think the premise is dumb but somehow the Disney studio pulled it off. I think you would enjoy this, too.
