'The Lost World' just proves to us that not all movies need a sequel. This is not 'Jurassic Park' this is just a regular old monster movie. It has forgettable characters (aside from Goldblum's Ian Malcom) and an awkward storyline that manages to work alongside 'Jurassic Park,' but just tarnishes its predecessor.
Half of this movie was completely horrible, while the other half is somewhat watchable. Unless you are watching the entire 'Jurassic Park' series, do not watch this movie - its for your own good.
