Review of The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997) by Kyle L — 23 Jul 2015
Compared to the original this is a poor imitation. Although the idea of them trying to start a new park on mainland USA is executing the execution is sub standard. A lot of the set pieces feel like rehashes of the original and feel forced.
The film also focuses on the least enjoyable character in the original and show horns a daughter into his life so a child is on the island. There are some enjoyable scenes like the scene where the bus goes over the edge of the cliff and the T.
rex in the back garden. Unfortunately this film just feels like a pale imitation if the first.
