Review of The Lost Future (2010) by Ville H — 07 Aug 2011
In undetermined future scraps of humanity are struggling to survive in a world filled with cannibalistic mutants. Mutants that carry highly contagious decease that makes all men like them. Then theres this religious small tribe and a guy there whose father teached him to read and then comes Sean Bean and tells about the cure for decease .
.. invented by that reading guy's father ... who is now dead. Then starts journey to find that mysterious yellow powder stolen by a bad guy. Reading guy is humanity's only hope with hope of learning secret to manufacture the yellow powder.
Now add one giant sloth and some talk about mammoths and that's about it. It's tv-movie quality all the way but seen much much worse. Make-up effects were quite nice, acting was okay with the great Sean Bean as strong expection .
.. as being much above others. Not a terrible movie but not brilliant either.
