Epic film that successfully doesn't glorify 20th Century Colonialism too much. Beautiful scenery and a good cast almost got it to a 4 star level (or at least 3 1/2) but it meandered just a bit too much.
Hunnam is perfect as the principled, driven explorer, but no star making performance.
