I will never understand so-called professional critics or their tastes and I will never be convinced some are not on the take. The Lost City of Z for example is hands-down one of the most boring, badly / sloppily made movies I have seen in a while, and yet critics on RT have bestowed upon it a whopping 87% which in no actual world could be correct.

There were so many goofs in this film, not to mention that a mere fraction of what was sub-titled was actually what was being said/spoken, and the fact that it was just an idiotic story to begin with (which I was hoping the directors had taken some liberties with) and it made for such a wasted opportunity and a couple of wasted hours.
