Review of The Lost Boys (1987) by Ms Amanda J — 27 Dec 2010
This movie reportedly stole Near Dark's glory at the theaters because of its MTV style editing. And who wouldn't want to see Corey Haim over a messy Bill Paxton? Everyone looks and acts real cool (the boys, at least) but I wanted more from this movie, be it character development or more varied situations (I, too, was disappointed when Sam's grandpa didn't take him to town).
This film started the pairing of the two Coreys, though.
