Review of The Lost Boys (1987) by Rory C — 21 May 2011
A good film, somewhat goofier than I expected but still enjoyable. I liked most of the cast I just couldn't stand the child actors the Frog brothers seemed like the where there for comic relief but fell flat every time and Sam was just such an annoying character I wanted Michael to just vamp out and kill him.
The story was interesting and it has a great soundtrack, the visuals are dated but I enjoy the style of the 80's so it was a joy to watch.
I do recommend it but only if your interested in a light hearted comedy horror otherwise there are better vampire films out there.
