Review of The Lost Boys (1987) by Kristen K — 01 Nov 2012

I loved this movie growing up and think that it has held up incredibly well. It is one of the better examples of combining scary and funny, a perfect blend from director Schumacher and probably my favorite of all his films.

Kiefer Sutherland is great and iconic and Dianne Weist is one of my favorite film mothers of all time. This movie represents some of the best of 80's cinema, doing everything that people chastise that decade of cinema for, but doing it so well, with so much style, and making it so fun.
