Review of The Lost Boys (1987) by Robert C — 25 Jan 2013

Cheesy 80's movie but it's a good blend of humour and vampirism. It does a great job of presenting Santa Carla as an isolated and other-worldly town which seems creepy even before you see any vampires.

Good performances from the main actors make sure this is better than your standard teen action flick. The parallel adventures of the two brothers present a good contrast of comedy and action before it all comes together towards the end.
