Started off coherent, showed a lot of promise for twists and turns and terrifying scares... then turned into a really bad acid trip towards the end. Zombie really took a gamble with this one, and I can now understand how it got the audience so divided.
Definitely up for cult status but, as a horror film, it disappointingly goes for style over any substance.
