The story continues in the next installment of the trilogy. This film sees the follows the different characters on their own individual journeys. The result is a film that is larger and more epic than "fellowship".
The Battle of Helms Deep and the flooding of Isangard are truly spectacular achievements in cinematic special effects (23.12.06) (20-21.12.08) (23.4.10 with orchestra) (2.4.13).
