Review of The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002) by Evan T — 29 Dec 2015
This one is long and drawn out. It feels like a lot of nothing happened. While the battle of Helms Deep was impressive, (and the production values are outstanding throughout) it went on too long. The progression of The One Ring wasn't significant enough and took a back seat to the actions of ancillary characters.
Cut it down to an hour and give a 1/2 to the beginning and end of Fellowship and Return.
